Mellow Johnny's Cycling Socks - compliments of Mojo!

Slick new bike socks that Mojo picked up for me down in Austin at Lance Armstrong's shop - Mellow Johnny's.  Mine are a little different than the ones in this picture (yellow accents, not white - totally TdF) - even more ridiculously awesome and comfortable.

Next spring I'm going to have to get my hands on the whole kit.

Another great weekend in CT. A little hunting, some tasty food, and the "other" White Horse Tavern

What more can I say. Ben got himself his first pheasant, I discovered
a new White Horse Tavern and we had an awesome dinner with friends.

A family of four, a 700-square-foot barn, and a bowling lane table (via LA Times)

Check out this really unique house.  This guy reclaimed an old barn (once used to house chickens and then repurposed for a boat building operation) and transformed it into a tricked-out place to call home.

Marketing at it's finest - creatively using FLIES at a conference to promote thei booth

The publisher used ultra lightweight banners that were attached with a natural wax. The flies were essentially little airplane banners flying around. After a little while, the banners fell off the flies who were unharmed.

Absolutely brilliant.
