Dale's Pale Ale

Dale's Pale Ale

If you haven't had the chance to imbibe on a Dale's Pale Ale, you're missing out.  This little beer is essentially a brew that was constructed by a home brewer out in Colorado.

Click through to the website and you'll see how this beer is the essence of a microbrew that was made so well, and tastes so good, that it's starting to gain steam around the country.

As a matter of fact, I was in The G.W. Tavern in Washington Depot, Connecticut a few months ago and they had Dale's on tap.  I almost fell over when I saw it.  The best part is that the bar tap was an actual can - it stood out like a sore thumb and looked great.

PS - if you're ever in Northwest CT, make sure to check out the GW.  Mean steak tips...

Things I Love - Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA

Dogfish Head's 90 Minute IPA
Ahhhhhhh...is there anything better than cracking open a frosty brew to wash down a meal or top off a killer day of work?  I think not. If I'm pulling just one beer out of the fridge, it's got to be a Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA. Hoppy as hell with a touch of sweetness.  It currently headlines my top 5 beer list, and I don't see it falling off anytime soon. What's your favorite sippin' beer?
