Building a Brick Oven - How-To and more importantly Why-to

If one thing is certain, it's that I love making pizza. And as any true pizza artisan knows, a brick oven is the real way to make a pie. For most of us, that means sitting at the counter of some busted Bertucci's*, pretending we're spinning the dough in there. (Oh...it's just me?)

Here comes a nice post from Serious Eats about one couple's quest to bring brick oven taste home in their backyard. You better believe I'll be laying bricks with the best of them when I finally settle down. Until then, I'll have to rely on grilling them. Which, if you've never done, is a great way to enjoy some 'zza.

*I hate Bertucci's.
