COQ AU VIN by Tyler Florence
I haven't cooked this yet, but this seems to be the best sounding recipe I've read in quite some time. While it doesn't look like a typical summer meal, my guess is that it tastes a little lighter than one would think. Who knows though?
Either way, I can't wait to fire up the stove in the coming weeks and bury some Coq au Vin. Besides, who doesn't like "rooster in wine?"
