I love reading about quirky antics of startups. Virgance is no exception. Next time I'm in the area I might just have to swing by the Virgance offices and ask Steve a question or two.
This is a great startup looking to change the way people eat fast food. The founder, Ayr Muir, spoke last night at IDEO’s “The Big Reset.” It was a fantastic event and his presentation was great. It was nice seeing someone who cut his teeth in the corporate world and then take a stab at entrepreneurship. He even catered the event!
Check out the Clover Food Lab (food truck) out by MIT. They’re producing healthy, organic and local meals at a great price. Can’t wait to check them out soon.
